Returns

At Bea&Lola, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or headbands under any circumstances, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our little customers.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
