Can I return an item if I change my mind?

How do I care for my Bea&Lola accessories?
To keep your accessories looking their best, we recommend gently wiping them with a soft, dry cloth after use. Store them safely in a cool, dry place when not being worn.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely! Once your payment has been completed and your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time and know exactly when to expect your Bea&Lola parcel to arrive. Are your products suitable for toddlers?
While our accessories are designed for children, please be aware that some items contain small parts (like rhinestones and pearls) which could pose a choking hazard. We strongly recommend our products for children aged 3 and older, and advise that young children should always be supervised while wearing jewelry or hair accessories.
